Mr. Amadi-Emina is a Solicitor and Advocate of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. He is a versatile lawyer with experience in the areas of corporate and commercial law, litigation, company secretarial practice and capital markets.
In a career spanning over 17 years, Mr. Amadi-Emina has participated in several landmark Mergers and Acquisitions transactions in Nigeria and has acted as a Solicitor in many capital market issues.
He obtained a Bachelors’ degree in Law (LL.B Hons) from the University of Benin in 1998 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in October 2000.He also obtained a Master’s Degree in International Law and Diplomacy from the University of Lagos in 2004.
Prior to joining the Group, Mr. Amadi-Emina worked with the commercial law firm of Lilian Esiri& Co (Legal Practitioners) for many years and acted at various times as the Company Secretary and Legal Adviser of First International Bank Liberia Limited (now FI Bank Liberia), International Insurance Company of Liberia Limited (IICL), GTI Capital Limited and GTI Securities Ltd (member of the Nigeria Stock Exchange) respectively.
A highly accomplished chartered Stockbroker (CIS), Statistician and capital market investment and portfolio manager, Mr. John Chijioke Eneh has over 25 years’ experience in the capital market and as a certified trader on the floor of the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE).
He is registered with the NSE and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). He is also a PGD holder in Banking & Finance from the University of Nigeria.
Kelechi Ejiogu is an accomplished Foreign Trade Manager & Accounting Professional with over 10 years’ experience in project planning and implementation, supply chain management, data integrity and audit in aviation and freight industries, maintenance of compliance with relevant local & international trade protocols, procurement and logistics management, sourcing, tracking, clearing of import & export.
He is an Accounting graduate of the Institute of Management and Technology (IMT) and the University of Calabar.
